International Kremlin Culinary Cup |
XII International Exhibition "PIR. Hospitality Industry" - the main event in the food and hospitality industry of Russia. Being organized by the information project "PIR" in 1997, it is the most frequently attended specialized event ( Statistics).
The trade show displays a wide range of products and designs that are necessary for successful business in the field of hotels, restaurants and other enterprises of the HoReCa sector in Russia and CIS countries ( Subject classification).
In 2009 the Trade Show is held in halls 13 and 14 at pavilion 3 of the "Crocus-Expo" International Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors-more than 750. Guests - 45 000 specialists in the hospitality industry.
