Exhibition
XII International Exhibition "PIR. Hospitality Industry" - the main event in the food and hospitality industry of Russia. Being organized by the information project "PIR" in 1997, it is the most frequently attended specialized event (
Statistics).
The trade show displays a wide range of products and designs that are necessary for successful business in the field of hotels, restaurants and other enterprises of the HoReCa sector in Russia and CIS countries (Subject classification).
In 2009 the Trade Show is held in halls 13 and 14 at pavilion 3 of the "Crocus-Expo" International Exhibition Centre. Exhibitors-more than 750. Guests - 45 000 specialists in the hospitality industry.
Apart from traditional subject classification the organizers specificated thematic Salons for visitors’ convenience. There are following Salons:

Each salon comprises a separate subject exposition of companies, novelties, events area (contests, work-shops, seminars and presentations), information centre, VIP-area.
Scaled business and educational program for experts of hospitality industry. More than 300 events - conferences, seminars, master classes, round tables with participation of owners of large companies, leading analysts and experts, presentations of new products, tastings, and of course, competitions of cooks, confectioners, experts of service, barista, etc.

International Kremlin Culinary Cup
The international Kremlin Culinary Cup is held since 2005 and now it is the biggest international culinary competition in Russia and Eastern Europe. Annually in competitions take part more than 300 individual participants and 20 national and regional teams from various countries of the world. The cup is an extraordinary member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) since 2006. Formulas and events format are developed according to requirements of WACS. The jury of competitions traditionally consists of well-known foreign and Russian experts the majority of them are the accredited judges of WACS. Since 2007 the Cup is spent once in 2 years.

The championship of Russia on culinary and service
The championship is an independent part of the International Kremlin Culinary Cup. Traditionally within the limits of the Championship of Russia on culinary and service pass competitions «Best pizzeria» and «the Best master of suchi». In competitions can take part, both teams and individual participants of public catering establishments of Russia.
The Russia Culinary Congress
It is more than 30 master classes from eminent chiefs on the most actual themes in the cookery world! The program is developed together with National Guild of Chiefs. The project purpose: display interesting recepies with their obligatory estimation from the point of view of restaurant economy, training of Russian cooks and confectioners to various fashionable trends and themes. Visiting of master classes allows not only to look offered dishes, but also to taste them, and the most important thing to ask questions and to receive consultation.
